Exploring the Determinants of Consumer’s Digital Banking Adoption: An Empirical Study Supervisor

This study examines the determinants the rate of digital banking adoption among people who have been using digital banking services. A structured model was developed to see the impact of digital banking adoption. Primary data were collected from 71 participants who have been using digital banking services for a certain period of time. To see the relationship between the variables, there is a multiple linear regression analysis, which was examined among 3 vital independent variables and the adoption of digital banking services. Furthermore, independent sample t-test was examined to observed the demographic relationship with the adoption rate of digital banking services among customers. The analysis was executed by using SPSS. The principal findings which indicate that transaction time, privacy & security, transaction cost, and demographic factors significantly influence customers’ to take decisions in terms of adoption in digital banking.
